I’d imagine that many have not yet moved into the apartments. The sch001 year hasn’t started yet, after all.
“Yeah, w-well, my room-mate better hurry his ass up getting here!” He crossed his arms with a pout.

Eridan already hated his new abode. Sure, it was nice and roomy and his father had paid for the expensive pent-house style apartment, but he couldn’t help but be lonely in the large room.
His bags lay in a small pile by the door, his things already put up. He had a lot of things, these days. The walls were littered with photography he’d taken back in his home country of Scotland before he’d moved here for schooling. It was one of the best schools, in his opinion, so why not move to go to it? He was accepted, so he may as well go.
The kitchen was filled with a few of his favorite foods, the most noticeable being the bowl of clementines and kiwi fruits on the island-style counter top. The counter top was also littered with Polaroids that he hadn’t put in an album yet. He glanced down at his phone, once, just to see if anyone had responded to the ad he’d put out for a room-mate. He wasn’t even asking for them to pay rent, he had plenty of money.
